Veritas Education Recruitment is seeking a Lead Teacher & Manager for an outdoor nursery and alternative education setting in Sampford Spiney, Devon. The role combines teaching, leadership and management to support children through creative, outdoor learning experiences.

Requirements include Level 6 EYFS qualification and leadership experience; QTS is desirable. The position offers permanent, full-time work with term-time hours and a benefits package.

Lead Teacher & Manager - Outdoor Nursery & Alternative Education

Location: Sampford Spiney, Devon
Salary: From 23 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (Term Time Only)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Are you a Level 6 Qualified Early Years Teacher with leadership experience and a passion for outdoor learning?

We are recruiting for a unique nature-based educational setting on the edge of Dartmoor. This role offers the opportunity to combine teaching, leadership and management while supporting children through creative, outdoor learning experiences.
