Job summary

Little Pioneers is seeking a Room Manager to lead a dedicated team and ensure the delivery of high-quality care and early education. You will work closely with the Nursery Manager to drive compliance, engagement and exceptional outcomes for children.

The role requires a full and relevant early years qualification and an Enhanced DBS. We value openness, compassion and a genuine passion for supporting children’s development.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant early years qualification (essential).
• An Enhanced DBS check (we’ll cover the costs).
• Open, honest and compassionate.
• Inspiring and passionate about early years and working with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction and guidance within the team.
• Work with the Nursery Manager and Deputy Nursery Manager to ensure compliance and outstanding results.
• Support colleagues to deliver exceptional care and early education and ensure performance standards are met.
