Job summary

Co-op Childcare in the United Kingdom is seeking a Room Manager who will lead a team to deliver outstanding early years care and education. You will work closely with the Nursery Manager and Deputy Nursery Manager to ensure compliance, engagement and consistently high standards.

You will hold a full and relevant early years qualification, an Enhanced DBS (costs covered), and bring warmth, openness and compassion to every child.

• You will support your colleagues to deliver exceptional care and early education ensuring performance standards are consistently met.
