Job summary

Kids Planet North Wingfield is seeking a Room Leader to lead a room within our nursery, delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS. You will guide and develop the team, support professional growth, and build strong relationships with children and families to meet individual needs.

Must have at least Level 3 UK early years qualification, strong EYFS knowledge and safeguarding expertise. Leadership experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
• Leadership experience desirable.
