About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Room Leader to join our client's busy and vibrant nursery in Hackney. In this key role, you will lead your room team to deliver exceptional childcare and education in a dynamic, supportive, and inclusive environment.

This is a full-time position offering up to £30,000 per annum, with opportunities for professional development and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of your room, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.
• Plan, implement, and oversee activities that align with the EYFS framework, tailored to meet individual learning needs.
• Support and mentor your team, conducting regular observations and providing constructive feedback.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all safeguarding, health and safety, and Ofsted requirements.
