Bright Horizons Little DISCoveries Day Nursery & Pre-School in Cambridge is seeking a Room Leader/Room Manager to guide a team and deliver exceptional early years education. You will ensure child welfare and safety while supporting children to achieve milestones.
The role requires a Level 3+ Early Years qualification and experience in an Early Years setting. A 40-hour week over 4 or 5 days is typical, with a welcome bonus on completion of service, and various staff benefits.

We’re looking for a Room Leader/Room Manager to join our Little DISCoveries Nursery which is located in the heart of Cambridge’s vibrant Biomedical Campus. This role would be suitable for someone who is experienced in the role or looking for the next step on the Early Years career ladder.
As a Room Leader, you will lead, mentor, support, and inspire a team to deliver exception care and education, to help all children within the room to develop and meet their individual milestones. You will promote and ensure child welfare, health and safety, and safeguarding, and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to meet each child’s needs.
