Are you a confident, caring early years professional ready to take the next step in your career? Were looking for an enthusiastic Room Leader to bring creativity, leadership, and warmth to our wonderful nursery. We have one role in our Preschool and another in our Toddler room.

As Room Leader, you will :

• Lead and motivate your team to create a fun, nurturing environment where every child can thrive
• Plan exciting, age-appropriate activities that spark curiosity and a love of learning
• Work closely with parents and colleagues to support each childs individual journey
• Ensure high standards of care, safety, and EYFS practice across your room

What were looking for :

• Level 3 (or above) in Early Years Education or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Previous experience in a nursery setting, ideally in a leadership role
• A team player with great communication, organisation, and a genuine passion for early years
