Soho House is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain pristine guest rooms and suites in a luxury setting. You will work independently with a strong eye for detail, ensuring every space meets the club’s high standards and confidentiality requirements.

The role suits someone who takes pride in service, with up to 2 years in a busy venue. Prior housekeeping experience, professional presentation, and basic English are valued. Salary is disclosed as a fixed UK range and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or room attendant role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and high personal standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently and manage time independently.
• Professional appearance and a respectful, positive attitude.
• Basic spoken English and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and common areas to club standards.
• Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed, ensuring presentation.
• Check rooms for maintenance issues and report faults promptly.
• Maintain cleaning carts, equipment, and storage areas tidy and stocked.
• Support laundry services as required, including sorting and transporting items.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including PPE usage.
• Communicate guest requests or incidents to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Assist with turndown service or special requests when required.
• Ensure hallways and service areas remain clean and clutter-free.

Key duties…

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and common areas according to club standards
• Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed, ensuring consistency and presentation
• Check rooms for maintenance issues and report any faults or damages promptly
• Ensure guest belongings are respected and handled with care and confidentiality
• Maintain cleaning carts, equipment, and storage areas in a tidy and well-stocked condition
• Support laundry services, including sorting, folding, and transporting items when required
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including use of chemicals and PPE
• Communicate guest requests, room status changes, or incidents to the Housekeeping Supervisor
• Assist with turndown service or special requests when required
• Ensure hallways, stairwells, and service areas remain clean and clutter-free
