Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Management (UK) Limited is seeking a Casual Room Attendant to support the housekeeping team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness across bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. You will work closely with the Head Housekeeper, ensuring rooms are spotless and guest comfort is prioritised.

The role offers flexible working patterns, overtime opportunities, and comprehensive training to help you deliver exceptional guest experiences across our Leonardo Hotels estate in the UK.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required; training provided on arrival.
• Ability to work as part of a busy housekeeping team.
• Flexible approach to shifts and overtime when needed.

• Dusting, polishing, vacuuming.
• Refreshing towels and linen as required.
• Stripping and making beds.

Room Attendant - Casual

Be Yourself – Be a Bold Team Player – Be Leonardo Once you’re part of the team, you’re part of the Leonardo community of over 55 hotels across the UK & Ireland! The Room Attendant will support the smooth running and objectives of the Housekeeping department. All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel.

You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values. At all times, you will treat others around you with respect, dignity and fairness.

As a Room Attendant, you’ll be right in the heart of the hotel, so we want you to take pride in everything you’ll be doing to support the Head Housekeeper and keep our hotel clean as a whistle. We offer flexible working conditions with the opportunity for overtime. Full training will be provided so that you are confident to ensure that every bedroom and bathroom is clean and well-presented for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
