Job summary

Leonardo Hotels Newcastle is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain spotless guest rooms and support the housekeeping team. You’ll dust, polish, vacuum, refresh linen and towels, and ensure bathrooms meet high standards for guest comfort.

Full training is provided. The role offers flexible hours with overtime. You’ll work closely with the Head Housekeeper to uphold Leonardo’s service standards across the hotel. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential to delight guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow standards.
• Willingness to learn and complete training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Dust, polish and vacuum rooms and corridors.
• Refresh towels and linen as needed in guestrooms.
• Strip and remake beds to hotel standards.
• Clean bathrooms and replenish supplies.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly.
• Collaborate with colleagues to exceed guest expectations.
