What you’ll be doing

As a Room Attendant, you’ll be at the heart of creating a welcoming, spotless and comfortable environment for every guest. Your work ensures they enjoy the very best of The Reach. Key responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and preparing guest rooms to the highest standards
• Replenishing towels, linen and guest supplies
• Reporting maintenance issues or damage promptly
• Following health, safety and hygiene procedures at all times
• Assisting guests with requests in a friendly and professional manner

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in attention to detail, enjoys working in a team, and cares about delivering great experiences for our guests. Ideally, you will have:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (preferred, not essential)
