Job summary

WGC Ltd in Hayes is seeking a Room Attendant to support the housekeeping team in delivering the highest standards of guest care. You will clean guest rooms to hotel standards, replenish linen and supplies, and help maintain a welcoming environment for all guests.

Reporting to the Head Housekeeper, you will participate in daily tasks and report faults or maintenance needs promptly. A structured career path and training opportunities are provided to help you grow within the company.

Qualifications

• In the role of Room Attendant, you will report to Head Housekeeper and be responsible for supporting the housekeeping team in the day to day running of the department.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning guest rooms to the hotel standard
• Replenishing linen and guest supplies
• Providing a great guest experience
• Reporting any maintenance faults and deal with lost property
• Ensuring that all appliances, fixtures and fittings are safe and work in accordance with regulations and report any faults to the Head Housekeeper.
