Job summary

One Hundred Shoreditch is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain exceptionally clean, welcoming guest rooms at our Shoreditch property. You will work flexibly to meet daily targets while upholding the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.

In this role you will help ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive service, reporting issues promptly, and supporting the housekeeping team across shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning; hotel experience is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment and flexible to shifts.
• Positive attitude and hospitality focus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest bedrooms and bathrooms to high standards.
• Change bed linen, replenish towels and toiletries.
• Ensure rooms are presented beautifully and ready for guests.
• Report maintenance issues, missing items, and guest requests promptly.
• Maintain housekeeping storage areas and equipment in a clean, organised manner.
• Work efficiently to meet daily room targets without compromising quality.
• Support colleagues across Housekeeping to ensure guest satisfaction.

Located in a prominent position on Shoreditch High Street, One Hundred Shoreditch has 258 bedrooms, five restaurants and bars including a breakfast restaurant, a destination cocktail bar and a rooftop bar and terrace, offering panoramic views over East London

What you'll be doing

As a Room Attendant, you will:

• Clean and service guest bedrooms and bathrooms to the highest standards.
• Change bed linen, replenish towels, toiletries, and guest amenities.
• Ensure all rooms are presented beautifully and ready for arriving guests.
• Report maintenance issues, lost property, and any guest requests promptly.
• Maintain housekeeping storage areas and equipment in a clean and organised manner.
• Work efficiently to meet daily room targets without compromising quality.
• Support colleagues across the Housekeeping department to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (hotel experience is advantageous but not essential).
• Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in delivering quality work.
• Is reliable, organised, and able to work independently.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Has a positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Is flexible to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

Salary

£29,645 p/a + service charge + benefits
