Who are we

Albrighton Hall Hotel & Spa, a member of Radisson Individuals, is an 87-bedroom hotel beautifully placed in the Shropshire countryside, with a full leisure club, health spa, meetings and events to compliment the hotel's oak room restaurant and 1630 bar. A 4* hotel, perfectly situated for business and leisure, set within 15 acres of gardens and woodland. Excellent service, quality food and beverage, and an overwhelming sense of teamwork are key to our success.

Role Responsibilities

It’s the moment that guests walk into the hotel and are impressed, then enter their bedrooms and think “wow, this looks wonderful”. You’ll deliver a great guest experience by creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Room Attendant you’ll clean and service guest rooms so everything is spotless and prepared for guests.

  • Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, removing rubbish, etc., coffee/tea maker, cups, glasses, silverware, etc.
  • Handle and store chemicals in line with hotel regulations and company policies.
  • Greet and acknowledge guests wherever possible to deliver a great customer experience.
  • Notify your Supervisor when service is complete so rooms may be sold or occupied.
  • Report any guest requests or room maintenance requirements immediately.
  • Respond to guest complaints, special requests and take action to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control supplies and amenities, and minimise waste within all areas of housekeeping.
  • Ensure that while you undertake your role you abide by the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and safe system of work appropriate to your role. Wear safety protection equipment as provided.
  • Report, turn in, and/or log all lost and found items according to established procedures.
  • Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality and service.
  • May regularly assist with deep cleaning projects and may have turndown duties.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by your Line Manager.
