As a Room Attendant, you will ensure guest rooms are immaculately cleaned, tidy and welcoming. With care, attention to detail and Nobu’s signature warmth, you will help create the calm and comfortable environments that allow guests to feel at home.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare allocated guest rooms in a professional and timely manner
  • Perform a variety of housekeeping duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
  • Record and communicate guest preferences to personalise their experience
  • Ensure rooms are checked and ready prior to guest arrival
  • Maintain supplies, equipment and housekeeping areas to the highest standards
  • Report maintenance issues promptly and correctly
  • Respond to guest requests quickly and efficiently
  • Support colleagues, including new team members, with training and teamwork
  • Anticipate guest needs, providing a crafted and personalised service
  • Uphold company and statutory standards to keep guests and colleagues safe
