The Role:

As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guest rooms are immaculate and welcoming. Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and servicing guest rooms to the highest standards
• Replenishing amenities and ensuring everything is perfectly presented
• Responding promptly to guest requests and delivering personalised service
• Reporting maintenance issues and ensuring safety standards are met
• Working collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to maintain consistency and excellence

What You Bring:

• Previous experience as a Room Attendant (minimum one year preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering flawless results
• Good communication skills with a strong command of English
• Immaculate personal presentation and professionalism
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond
• A positive attitude and flexibility to work in a fast‑paced environment
