• The No Problem Approach: Replenishing guest amenities, linen, and supplies while responding promptly and positively to guest requests.
• Sharp Organisation: Keeping your individual housekeeping trolley clean, organised, well-stocked, and ready to roll.
• Eyes and Ears of the Floor: Reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the leadership team immediately.
• Shift Safety: Following all health, safety, hygiene, and COSHH procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.

Your focus is to deliver an outstanding guest experience by ensuring all guest bedrooms are cleaned, maintained, and presented to the highest standards. This is a hands-on role where you will create a true wow factor of cleanliness, making sure guest expectations are consistently exceeded.
