Job summary

Village Hotels Leeds North is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and service guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors to the highest standards. You will be an integral part of the housekeeping team, taking pride in your work and delivering a warm, welcoming guest experience.

Previous experience is helpful, but a positive attitude and energy are valued above all. You will follow safety and COSHH procedures while keeping trolleys tidy and stocked, and you will respond promptly to guest requests.

Your Shift: What You’ll Actually Be Doing

As our Room Attendant, you are the engine of the shift. We trust you to handle:

• Creating the Wow Factor: Cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors to exceptional standards of hygiene and presentation.

• The No Problem Approach: Replenishing guest amenities, linen, and supplies while responding promptly and positively to guest requests.

• Sharp Organisation: Keeping your individual housekeeping trolley clean, organised, well-stocked, and ready to roll.

• Eyes and Ears of the Floor: Reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the leadership team immediately.

• Shift Safety: Following all health, safety, hygiene, and COSHH procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
