Zusammenfassung

Valoris Group is seeking a Solar PV Installation Electrician for rooftop residential (and some small-scale commercial) projects in and around Chelmsford. You will install solar energy systems, wire inverters and battery units, and work closely with the in-house team to maintain safety and quality on site.

The role requires a domestic or commercial electrician with NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), a valid UK driving licence, and a proactive, safety-focused approach.

Qualifikationen

• Domestic or commercial electrician with an active qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Familiarity with solar panel systems and battery integration desirable.
• Candidates without solar experience but strong electrical foundations will be considered.
• Must be confident with general power and lighting installation, fault finding, and safe isolation.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Competency using hand and power tools safely and correctly.
• Right to work in the UK.

• Install solar energy systems, wiring inverters and battery units.
• Collaborate with in-house Supervisors and Site Leads.
• Run cable routes and ensure electrical work complies with current regulations.
• Ensure clean handover on completion and maintain high-quality standards.
• Represent the business professionally at client properties and observe health and safety protocols.
