Florattica, the rooftop cocktail bar at Canopy by Hilton London City, is seeking experienced Cocktail Bartenders who live and breathe mixology. You will deliver engaging bar experiences, crafting exceptional cocktails with flair while maintaining the highest beverage standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium cocktail bars, hotels or high-end venues.
• Deep knowledge of spirits and cocktails.
• Passion for creating drinks that tell a story.
• Excellent guest service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding bar experiences, serving exceptional cocktails with flair and precision.
• Uphold beverage quality, presentation and consistency.
• Support daily bar operations including stock control, setup and cleanliness.
• Share mixology expertise with the team and help drive innovation in cocktails.
