Qualifications

• 1 year of experience working at height and performing roofing repairs.
• Solid understanding of roofing components, mortar mix ratios, and roof types.
• Comfortable working at height with relevant training.
• Strong practical skills in repair and replacement.
• Good customer service, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Competency in Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
• Full driving licence and willingness to be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Carry out roofing labouring tasks and maintenance across properties.
• Perform pitched and flat roof repairs, tiling, and guttering maintenance.
• Support other trades and report any asbestos concerns.
• Use schedules to assess job content and complete estimates.
