Roofing Contracts Manager

Location: East Anglia (travel across Norfolk & Suffolk as required)

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum + package (company car, fuel card, pension, and bonus)

Contract: Permanent, full-time

About the Company

We’re working with a well-established construction and maintenance contractor who deliver a wide range of planned and reactive works across the social housing and property maintenance sector. With a strong reputation for quality, safety, and customer service, they are now seeking an experienced Roofing Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across the region.

The Role

As Roofing Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of roofing projects — primarily within social housing and occupied property environments. You’ll coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and materials to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

This is a hands-on role suited to a commercially aware and operationally strong manager who can balance delivery, compliance, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day delivery of roofing contracts across multiple sites
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors, and material orders
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with H&S standards
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and housing associations
  • Monitor budgets, progress, and performance against KPIs
  • Report on project timelines, variations, and quality issues
What You’ll Need
  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Site Manager within the roofing or property maintenance sector
  • Background in social housing or occupied property works
  • Excellent understanding of health & safety and building regulations
  • Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
