Overview

We are currently looking for a skilled Roofer to join our successful Response business based in the Guildford area. You will specialise in carrying out reactive roofing repairs and fixes to our customers properties. Responsibilities

• Undertake repair/renewal roofing works, including repairs and maintenance covering roof leaks, felt & batten, gutter leaks, lead work & torch on felt repairs. Ability to undertake some brickwork related repairs is desirable.
• Taking pride in building relationships, communicate effectively with the scheduling team, tenants and line managers.
• Work safely and in compliance with Health & Safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Qualified to an NVQ Level 2 in Roofing.
• Current PASMA and IPAF certification is desirable.
• Ability to work to targets in a fast paced and reactive environment.
• Ability to work professionally and considerately in a range of environments, including vulnerable tenants’ homes within social housing settings.
• Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, with the use of a company van.
