Job summary

HarperCollins UK seeks a Digital Editor for Mills & Boon to lead publishing across print, eBook and audio in the UK, Ireland and South Africa. You’ll optimise metadata, pricing and promotions to grow frontlist and backlist revenue, while driving discoverability and sales performance.

The role requires a data-literate, commercially minded editor who can mine the backlist for repackaging and promotional opportunities and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maximise revenue and reader reach.

Qualifications

• Experience working in publishing, at Assistant Editor or Editor level.
• Demonstrated ability to use data to drive commercial outcomes.
• Strong editorial and metadata management skills.

Responsibilities

• Publish Mills & Boon titles across UK, Ireland and South Africa in print/eBook/audio.
• Optimize metadata, pricing and discoverability to boost sales.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Production and Analytics on campaigns.
