A leading automotive dealership in Manchester is seeking a Business Manager to oversee the Finance & Insurance department. The ideal candidate will have strong financial understanding and leadership skills, managing sales enquiries and inspiring colleagues. Brought to you by one of the most iconic automotive dealerships in Manchester, this rare Business Manager opportunity is based at our Wilmslow dealership covering three of the world’s most exclusive automotive brands – Pagani, McLaren and Rolls‑Royce.
As a Sytner Business Manager you will be responsible for helping manage and grow all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department by being at the core of all sales enquiries and working closely with the sales team. You will ensure that every customer has a clear understanding of the obligations they have entered into, doing so with integrity and treating customers fairly.
In addition to finance duties, you will manage the day‑to‑day activity of our sales into service programme (Xchange), seeking incremental sales and stock acquisition opportunities for the business.
Sales Managers work flexible patterns, typically including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis to deliver the highest level of service to our customers.
We are looking for an already high‑achieving automotive Business Manager, Sales Controller or Sales Manager with a strong financial and commercial understanding. You will have an outstanding work ethic, lead from the front, and inspire colleagues to raise the bar and exceed performance goals.
Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is experience working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals.
