Job summary

Search Consultancy is seeking an experienced Roller Operator for a short-term project in Hinckley (LE10). The role involves operating a 16T self-propelled roller on remediation works, with soil compaction and road formation duties.

You will also perform labouring tasks as needed and handle associated site duties. Applicants must hold a valid CPCS or NPORS-cscs Ride-on-Rocker card, bring their own PPE, and provide checkable references.

Qualifications

• A valid CPCS or NPORS-cscs logo Ride‑on‑Rocker card is required.
• Own PPE must be provided.
• Experience operating a 16T self-propelled roller is essential.
• Checkable references available on request.

Responsibilities

• Perform soil compaction duties and road formation work.
• Carry out labouring tasks as required and support site activities.
• Complete tasks safely and in accordance with site procedures.

• New Motorway Service Station
• 9.5 hours per day paid

Duties will include soil compaction duties, road formation duties, some labouring duties as-&-when required, and all associated tasks as required.

Candidates will require:

• A valid CPCS or NPORS-cscs logo Ride‑on‑Rocker card
• Own PPE
• The relative 16T Roller experience
• Checkable references
