Job summary

A regional ambulance service provider is looking for a highly motivated individual to join their ROCC Management team. This role involves monitoring Acute Trusts, managing RHCD coordinators, and being a key contact for multiple health organizations. Candidates should hold a degree or equivalent, have strong leadership skills, and be able to work effectively under pressure, as well as manage a heavy workload. Shift work, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Must be educated to degree level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Acute Trusts and liaise with various teams.
• Manage RHCD coordinators and maintain duty ROCC log.
• Respond to capacity issues during patient transfers.
