Rosenxt is seeking a Robotics Software Engineering Manager in Bristol to lead a growing team focused on autonomous underwater robotic perception and control. You will drive strategy, mentor engineers, and coordinate with UK and German partners in a hybrid work model.

You should have 5+ years in robotics software leadership, hands-on ROS/ROS2 experience, and a track record shipping production-grade software for real-world deployments.
