Job summary

Humanoid is seeking a highly driven Product Program Manager to lead the end-to-end development and deployment of our next-generation humanoid robot fleet—from Alpha prototype to production and mass deployment. You will coordinate Product, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance to ensure on-time, on-cost, on-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Industrial Design Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in programme or project management within technology or product development environments, preferably Robotics or Consumer electronics.
• Formal project management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Proven track record delivering complex hardware/software product development programmes.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams spanning engineering, operations, manufacturing, finance and supply chain.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, driving clarity across multiple teams.
• Experience owning or managing programme budgets for complex hardware/tech programmes.
• Experience partnering with engineering leads on hardware programmes with fluency in actuators, controls, sensors and safety standards.
• Nice to have: direct experience on a bipedal humanoid programme.
• Nice to have: mass-production ramp-up experience for robotics.
• Nice to have: simulation-to-real transfer or digital twin practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end programme management of humanoid robot fleet development and deployment from planning to obsolescence.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing, Business Development and Finance to align resources and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain programme plans, risk registers, dependency maps and stage gates.
• Champion governance, reporting and communication to keep stakeholders informed.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues early to maintain momentum.
• Support the Product Department in defining scope, prioritisation and trade-offs.
• Drive alignment between cross-functional teams and unblock issues across domains.
• Own programme budget planning and reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with TPMs to drive locomotion, safety and sensors workstreams into the programme plan.
• Translate technical KPIs into programme-level cost, schedule and quality reporting.
