Job summary

Redline Group Ltd seeks an Electronics Design Engineer with 4-5+ years' experience in mixed-signal electronics for robotics. The role focuses on analogue/digital design, sensors integration, and PCB development in a Cambridge setting.

The candidate will interface with odometry systems (IMU, GPS, RTK), develop CAN connections to motor controllers, and drive prototypes toward manufacturing readiness.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of commercial experience as an Electronics Engineer or Electronics Design Engineer.
• Strong experience in mixed-signal electronics with emphasis on digital electronics.
• Experience with analogue electronics and sensors.
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB design.
• Knowledge of CAN interfaces in robotics systems.

Responsibilities

• Design analogue and digital mixed-signal electronics for robotic platforms.
• Interface electronics with odometry systems (IMUs, GPS, RTK).
• Develop and integrate digital electronics, sensors and interfaces.
• Design CAN interfaces connecting electronics to motor controllers.
• Produce schematics and PCB designs from concept through implementation.
• Progress prototypes toward manufacturing and small-scale production.
