Job summary

The Bristol NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Senior Clinical Fellow in the Upper Tract Urology team at Southmead Hospital. The role focuses on robotic and minimally invasive upper tract surgery within a high-volume tertiary centre, alongside consultant mentors and a busy on-call rota.

Qualifications

MB BS (or equivalent)
Full GMC registration
FRCS (Urol) or equivalent
Structured training in urology with interest in upper tract robotic surgery
Evidence of training progression

Responsibilities

Support the delivery of specialist urological services with day-to-day ward management and 1:14 on-call rota.
Gain extensive experience in advanced upper tract urological procedures in a busy tertiary referral centre.
Contribute to teaching and training activities and participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
Engage in research, audit and quality improvement to advance clinical practice and patient care.
This is an excellent opportunity for a post-CCT trainee to develop expertise in robotic and minimally invasive upper tract surgery.
