Job summary
Nuffield Health Leeds Hospital is seeking a Da Vinci Robotic Clinical Leader to oversee robotic surgery and theatre operations in a busy hospital setting. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring safe, efficient lists and optimal patient care, while implementing robotic technology and aligning with hospital strategy.
The role requires post-registration surgical/anaesthetic experience, strong leadership and excellent communication.
Qualifications
- Registered with the appropriate governing body and post-registration in surgery/anesthesia with RN or HCPC ODP experience.
- Strong clinical leadership and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills to run a surgical department.
Responsibilities
- Organise the Clinical/Surgical and Endoscopy teams within theatre for smooth daily lists.
- Work with robotic surgery across general, bariatric, urology and gynaecology specialties.
- Collaborate across theatre suites to meet service demands of all departments.
- Promote clinical risk management, governance, quality improvement and policy adherence.
- Maintain knowledge for audits and equipment, and support continuous growth.
