Job summary

Becton Dickinson is seeking a Project Manager for Rowa Installations within the BD MMS Medical Dispensing Team. You will coordinate installation and commissioning engineers, lead projects from aftersales to full installation of robotic dispensing units, and travel regularly across the UK, Ireland and Northern Europe.

Responsibilities include managing timelines, documentation, customer liaison, and site surveys. Strong PM, CAD familiarity, and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager in industrial engineering, civil engineering, automation, or capital projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workloads.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated project management and coordination experience.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation engineers and commissioning engineers to deliver projects on schedule.
• Lead projects from aftersales to full installation of robotic dispensing units.
• Act as primary customer contact through the project lifecycle.
• Manage project documentation including timelines, plans, drawings, and milestones.
• Maintain CRM records and conduct on-site surveys to document site constraints.
• Oversee on-site teams and CAD drawings; assist with build configuration and inventory.
