We're looking for a Roaming Project Manager to join a leading retail property team, delivering small works and asset improvement projects across major clients.

The Role
  • Manage and deliver a range of small works and asset maintenance projects across multiple retail sites.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.
  • Oversee contractors, manage client relationships, and maintain strong on-site presence.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver seamless service to high-profile retail clients.
  • Be adaptable and proactive - this is a roaming role, with travel across the South East and South West regions.
About You
  • Proven experience in retail environments, ideally within small works or asset management.
  • Strong understanding of construction, fit-out, and maintenance processes.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
