Job summary

CCH Group is seeking a Roaming Days Assistant to provide compassionate, in-home care across assigned areas. You will follow individual care plans, assist with personal care, and support clients with daily tasks in their own homes.

This role requires a vehicle for travel between locations and offers flexible hours to fit around client needs. No prior social care experience is required; we value empathy, reliability, and a willingness to learn as part of a close-knit team in a leading UK care

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, helping clients to bathe and dress.
• Support with daily activities such as shopping, meals and housework.
• Follow individual care plans to ensure safe, comfortable in-home support.
• Help clients with mobility and medication administration as required.

Shifts available: 06:00- 14:00 and15:00-22:00

What you’ll do as a Roaming Days Assistant:

Our care assistants are the extraordinary people who do the everyday things that mean so much to our clients. Supporting them to live safer and supported lives in their own homes, you’ll follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, helping clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet and supporting them with their medication. You’ll also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes and housework.

Qualifications

What you’ll need as a Roaming Days Assistant:

You don’t need any social care experience to apply for this role. We’re more interested in your compassion and ability to care. You’ll need to be resilient too and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
