Job summary

Ryanair is seeking a B1 Licensed Engineer (Roamer) to be based at Newcastle, Edinburgh and Leeds/Bradford on a roaming basis. You will perform line maintenance on Ryanair's 737-800 and 737-8200 fleets, with duties including routine servicing and defect rectification.

The role requires Part-66 B1 license, Boeing 737-Max type endorsement, and proven maintenance experience in a fast‑paced environment. AOG recovery and mentoring of apprentices are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Aircraft Line Maintenance experience (Essential).
• EASA or UK CAA licences.
• 5 years maintenance experience and capacity to complete EASA Module 9 & 10 are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Routine servicing and defect rectification of Ryanair’s 737-800 and 737-8200 fleets.
• Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery.
• Maintain a safe and compliant working environment and procedures.
• Supervision and mentoring of Aircraft Mechanics and Apprentices.
