Job summary

UK Wide Recovery Business is seeking Roadside Vehicle Technicians to join their nationwide team. The role covers Newcastle and surrounding areas with a 40-hour week and flexible shifts, starting from early morning to late night. Basic salary is £50,669 with OTE up to £57,000 per year.

You will diagnose electrical and diagnostic faults on a variety of vehicles, handle roadside calls, and deliver excellent customer service while working with a supportive technical team and modern equipment.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience.
• Customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Respond to roadside breakdowns and diagnose issues.
• Carry out electrical and diagnostic work on vehicles.
• Provide professional customer service during breakdowns.
• Work flexible shifts as scheduled.
