Job description
Roadside Vehicle Technician

Location: Colchester

Rota‑based shifts between 06:00 and 02:00.

Pay & Hours

Competitive base salary of £48,720.98 plus a bonus bringing your on‑target earnings to between £50,000 and £65,000.

Work a flexible pattern equivalent to 40 hours per week, with your roster released seven days in advance and your daily start time confirmed three days ahead.

Role Overview

Respond to vehicle breakdowns and faults, diagnose and fix issues roadside with confidence and care. Play a vital role in helping people get moving again by combining mechanical expertise with excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum Level 2 qualification in light vehicle maintenance (or equivalent).
  • Strong experience in diagnostics, electrics, and mechanical repairs.
  • Confidence working independently and dealing directly with customers.
