Job summary

RAC is looking for a Roadside Technician in Bourne to join our Patrol division. You’ll perform mechanical roadside repairs, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK, starting and finishing at home with an RAC van and full equipment.

With a Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent) and 2+ years’ experience, you’ll enjoy a market-competitive base salary of £36,400 plus a realistic OTE of around £60,000, and a range of benefits including holidays, pension and

Join the team that keeps the UK moving. As a Roadside Technician with a Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent) and at least 2 years' experience, you'll receive:

• A market-competitive base salary of £36,400 and a realistic OTE of £60,000, with top-performers earning significantly more through bonuses and enhanced overtime rates.

• Demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week, with optional overtime available.

What you'll need:

• Either: NVQ Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years' experience or 5+ years' experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
