Job description

Mobile Vehicle Technician - Middlesbrough

Location: Middlesbrough

Salary: £48,720 basic salary, with the opportunity to earn up to £54,000

Hours: Shifts will be between 06:00 and 02:00. You will work the average 40 hours per week across the year, with your roster released seven days in advance and core working hours confirmed three days prior.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the breakdown team to attend breakdowns, diagnose issues, and get vehicles back on the road or arrange workshop returns.
• Identify problems and advise the customer on vehicle issues.
• Perform vehicle servicing and general maintenance, including electrical and diagnostics.
• Represent the business as the face of mobile/roadside service, delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician preferred; Level 2 qualification is minimum.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong all‑round technical experience – maintenance, technical, electrical, and diagnostic.
