Job Title: Roadside Technician SF

Salary: £48,720 Basic + Bonus (OTE £54,000) + Company Van

Location: Plymouth

Hours: This is a SUPERFLEX CONTRACT - 2 weeks working rota at a time

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the breakdown team to attend breakdowns, diagnose issues, and work on vehicles to get them back on the road or, if necessary, ensure they are sent back to the workshop.
• Identify problems and advise the customer on the vehicle's issues.
• Perform vehicle servicing & general maintenance, including electrical and vehicle diagnostics.
• As a Mobile Vehicle Technician/Roadside Technician, represent the business; deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair preferred; Level 2 considered. Equivalent qualifications such as City & Guilds Vehicle Maintenance, IMI, or NVQ acceptable – must be able to show qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years of experience within a vehicle workshop or as a Mobile Vehicle Technician.
• Full UK driving licence – no more than 6 points or bans on the licence.
• Ability to demonstrate technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
