  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within a vehicle workshop or as a Mobile Vehicle Technician.
  • A full UK driving licence with no more than 7 points or bans.
  • Demonstrated technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.

Mobile Vehicle Technician

Location: Stratford upon Avon area (geographical area based on where you live)

Salary: £35,000 basic, with overtime yearly earnings can be as high as £53,000

Hours: Varying shift patterns Monday to Sunday 40 hours. Earliest start time 6am, latest finish time 12am. (Lots of overtime available paid at time and a half)

Role Overview – Mobile Vehicle Technician
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle problems, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical issues
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
  • Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used

Requirements
  • Level 2‑qualified Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Technician (City & Guilds, IMI, NVQ, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within a vehicle workshop or working as a Mobile Vehicle Technician
  • A full UK driving licence – no more than 7 points or bans on the licence
  • Demonstrated technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
