Cleaner – Stalybridge

Number of Positions: 1 | Salary: £12.60 per hour | Working Hours: 10 hours per week | Location: Stalybridge, Tameside | Job Category: Caretaking and Grounds Maintenance | Region / Division: Ashton Under-Lyne | Business Unit: Caretaking/Grounds Maintenance.

Role Overview

Role overview: This role requires a team player with flair and commercial ability, as well as the skill, energy and determination to help drive and develop the business alongside the General Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out general cleaning of communal areas, preparing guest rooms and bedding for visiting customers.
  • Order stock and carry out stock checks.
  • Work independently and with onsite support staff from our Housing for Over 55s team.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Participate in reactive maintenance, planned and cyclical maintenance, property refurbishments, grounds maintenance, caretaking and estate services, building safety, compliance and more.
  • Join our established and dedicated team of 600 colleagues in our Asset Management department.
