Job summary

The AA is recruiting Roadside Patrols to support our members across the UK. You’ll start and finish each shift from your driveway, with pay from the moment you get in your van until you return home.

You’ll work independently across varied locations, using your technical knowledge and clear communication to resolve breakdowns. You’ll be part of a supportive team, with 40-hour weeks and flexible shift patterns to fit your life.

Qualifications

• NVQ2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent experience.
• Full category B driving licence with 6 points or less.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Starting and finishing on your driveway paid from the moment you get in your van to the moment you get home.
• Working independently across varied locations and conditions, while remaining a valued part of a supportive team.
• Using technical knowledge and clear communication to help ensure a positive customer experience.
• Solving problems on the spot, using your technical skills to handle roadside situations.
