Job summary

The AA is seeking an experienced Mobile Vehicle Mechanic in Swindon to service and repair vehicles at customers' homes or workplaces. You will diagnose faults, perform servicing, and provide clear explanations of repairs, while managing your schedule with independence and the backing of a nationwide organisation.

You’ll work 40 hours over five days, with shifts between 8am and 8pm, and potential eligibility for a £2,000 first-year sign-on bonus and up to £2,000 annual performance incentive.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience working as a mechanic in mobile or workshop environments.
• Full manual UK Category B driving licence with no more than six points.
• Flexibility to work the advertised rota, including Saturdays.
• Professional, customer-focused approach.
