The AA is hiring a Mobile Vehicle Mechanic to perform servicing and repairs at customers’ homes or workplaces across London South East. The role is full-time and permanent, with a five-day week and shifts typically between 8am and 8pm, including Saturdays.

You’ll work independently with the support of AA tools and technology to ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction. Qualification requirements include NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalents) and a full UK

Qualificações

• NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or accepted equivalent.
• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or accepted equivalent.
• Full manual UK Category B driving licence with no more than six points.
• Flexibility to work the advertised rota, including Saturdays.

Responsabilidades

• carry out vehicle servicing and repairs at customers’ homes or workplaces
• diagnose faults where appropriate
• use your technical knowledge to identify problems and find the right solution
• explain repairs and technical information clearly to customers
• manage your day and scheduled jobs independently
• deliver the high standard of workmanship and customer service people expect from the AA
