Job summary

The RAC is hiring a Superflex Roadside Mechanic for the Esher cluster, covering Esher, Kingston upon Thames and surrounding areas. You'll diagnose faults, repair mechanical issues, and ensure customers are back on the road quickly.

You’ll receive a competitive package with a base salary of £55,869 a year (London weighting where applicable) and potential to earn up to £61,000. Shifts run 06:00–02:00 and may include weekends and holidays; you'll get a RAC van and tools from day one.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
• 5+ years' experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
