A global logistics company in Kegworth is seeking an individual to support their Road Operational Finance Department by owning and reconciling supplier invoices. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and have experience in freight logistics. Responsibilities

  • Support the Road Operational Finance Department with supplier invoices.
  • Control monthly processing of internal billing transactions.
  • Ensure accurate reconciliation of FSL’s with Managers.
  • Highlight anomalies in FSL files to line manager.
  • Complete other tasks as instructed by Team Leader.

Your role would be to support the Road Operational Finance Department, owning and reconciling Road Supplier invoices and reconciling GP for the business.

How you create impact
  • Control the monthly deadline of processing internal billing transactions.
  • Work with Managers to ensure reconciliation of FSL’s is accurate.
  • Work within strict time lines for the FSL monthly closure.
  • Identify any anomalies within the FSL files and highlight to line manager with actions required.
  • Complete any other identified tasks as instructed by Team Leader.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of its advanced features.
  • Prior experience in freight logistics is preferred.
  • Familiarity with receiving and sending invoices is a valuable asset.
  • Self‑motivated, disciplined, and proactive with a hands‑on approach to tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
