Were looking for an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our busy Imports/Exports team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in road freight or general operations whos ready to take on more responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day import/export operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Prepare and check documentation, invoices, and customs entries
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and overseas offices
  • Support with quotations, collections, and delivery coordination
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure SOP compliance
What Were Looking For
  • Minimum 1 years experience in land freight or a similar logistics role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and operational systems
  • Ability to prioritise and work independently
Hours:

MondayFriday, 8:30am5:30pm (1-hour unpaid lunch), occasional Saturdays
