Job Description
  • Strategic Operations Oversight Lead and optimize day‑to‑day operations across HR, finance, compliance, and administrative functions.
  • Finance & Operations Compliance Lead a team of five and responsible for fund accounting, financial reporting, fund operation, compliance.
  • Financial Oversight Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting for both the firm and client entities.
  • Compliance & Risk Management Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., AML/KYC, FATCA, CRS) and internal policies across jurisdictions.
  • Vendor & Service Provider Management Negotiate and manage relationships with external vendors, custodians, legal advisors, and technology providers.
The Successful Applicant
  • Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly in buy side / family office
  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing operational strategies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in Hong Kong.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
